Who Mark is
Mark has grown a home-services network to 55 franchisees without swinging a mop himself. He's national owner of Mr Green, established 1992, and this is the second time he's built a major franchise business from scratch. The people already in his network didn't need convincing that this works.
Fifty-five franchisees is the convincing. Nobody stays inside a network that size on a founder's charm alone. They stay because the model keeps producing runs worth owning.
The real number
Ten seats. That's the real number, not a marketing one.
We cap the Partnership at roughly ten because the whole point is direct access to Mark and the team. Past ten, it stops being hands-on and starts being another course. So it stays small, whether or not this page is full.
If a seat's open, it's open. If it's not, apply anyway and we'll tell you where you sit. We're not going to manufacture urgency that isn't there. We are going to tell you the truth: there isn't much room, and we'd rather work with fewer people properly than more people badly.
